Douglas Boulia is the Owner and President of Boulia Technical Services, LLC. Started in 2018 when Doug was going back to school to complete a degree in Information Technology. Doug has 28 plus years in the audio-visual industry. Doug's experience includes installation, service, project management, design and programming of audio-visual systems.
